Q&A: Divorce and Anger

There are many times we all have experienced and will continue to experience tragedy in our lives. There's likely few pains with as far reaching consequences as the experience of divorced parents, especially when one or both move on and find someone else.

As the panelists answer a student's question about divorce and what he is feeling, we will also touch on principles that can apply to many situations involving hurt and anger.

The bible is clear; in several verses it refers to anger as a situation that occurs but which can lead to sin, however, being angry in and of itself is not sin. (Psalm 4:4, Eph. 4:26)

Our emotions do not rule our lives. It is our willful choice, when we give in to those negative emotions and set our minds against the righteous things of God that we cross into sin.
